1. Shipping Areas

We currently offer shipping within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Shipping is available to all states and territories within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

2. Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. Once an order is placed, we aim to process and ship it within 1-2 business days. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer a variety of shipping options to meet your needs:

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1 business day (for select areas)

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. The shipping fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary based on the shipping method and your delivery location. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, please note that Purelitecite is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or other factors such as weather, natural disasters, or holidays.

For expedited shipping, please ensure that your order is placed before 12:00 PM (noon) to allow us to process it the same day.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment. If you have any issues with tracking your order, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

6. Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. Purelitecite is not responsible for lost, delayed, or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately.

7. Shipping Damage

While we make every effort to package and ship your items securely, in the event of a damaged package or product, please contact us as soon as possible. You may be required to provide photos of the damage, and we will work with you to resolve the issue through a replacement or refund.

8. P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

We are able to ship to P.O. Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses; however, please note that delivery times to these addresses may take longer due to military or postal service processing times.

9. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an undeliverable address, we will contact you to arrange reshipping or issue a refund for the order, excluding any shipping fees.

10. Shipping Restrictions

For your safety and compliance with shipping regulations, we may not ship certain products to specific locations or address types. If there are any restrictions on the products you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible.
