You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return any items you are not completely satisfied with. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- In new, unused condition.
- Unwashed and unworn (excluding items that have been tried on).
- In its original packaging with all tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Underwear and swimwear for hygiene reasons
3. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Return Authorization: You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to return the item.
- Shipping: Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return is received.
4. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the requirements, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:
- It may take up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or defective items).
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item. We do not offer direct exchanges at this time, but we will process a return for the original item and issue a refund once it’s received.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
